Matilde Pellicier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2024, at the age of 91, Matilde Pellicier (Pelham, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gracio Ortega; her husband Miguel Pellicier (Mickey); and her close friend Ana Baez. She is survived by: her mother Tomasa Rios Ortega; her goddaughter Mildred Pinott; her grandson Jorge Pellicier II (Lily); her great grandchildren, Jorge Pellicier III and John Paul Pellicier (Toni); and her caregivers, Miriam Cordon, Sonia and Aisha. She is also survived by relative and loyal friend.
Her nurses, particularly Ms. Sonia and Aisha, and all the CNAs, too many to name, that sang and danced with her daily for the last two years. And thank you to Bella Ruiz who cared for her through most of the pandemic along with Miriam.
