He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence D. Shaw; and his wife Phyliss Maturo Shaw. He is survived by: his children, David Shaw (B. Diane Martin), Susan Ayson (Paul Ayson) and Christopher Shaw (Melanie Shaw); his grandchildren, Jillian Ayson, Christopher Ayson and Miles Shaw; and his sisters, Sister Mary Emanuel Shaw (June) and Carol Shaw Austad.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Larry's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
