He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James On and Frances Paul Sr. On; his wife Caroline Rodgers Paul; his sons, Jim (Marissa), Scott (Kim) and John (Paola); his grandchildren, Kyla and Brelynn; and his sister Tina Paul. He was also cherished by loving nephews and relatives.
