He was predeceased by: his parents, John Millo and Lorraine Millo. He is survived by: his daughter Robyn Stawarz (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Noah and Madison Stawarz; his siblings, Patricia Polivka, Cynthia Ingrasin, Lula Millo, Edward Millo and Adeline Fazzino (Charles); his niece Heather Fazzino (Cristen); his great-nieces, Freya and Briar; and his wife Leslie Millo. He is also survived by grandfather, brother, relative, and wonderful friend.
