With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Higgins Gallagher (Pelham, New York), born in Rye, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Henry Higgins and Anne Margaret Moore; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her sons, Sean, Timothy, Peter, Kevin, Mathew and Brian; and her siblings, Paul Higgins (Pete), Patricia Warner and Terrance Higgins. She is also survived by six daughter's‐in‐law and eleven grandchildren.
