He is survived by: his siblings, Dave (Wendy), Mark (Jennifer), Tom (JoAnne), Andy (Kelly) and Kathy (Kevin Carter); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Daniel, Andrew, Brian, Adam, Thomas, John, Ryan, Emily, Kevin and Samantha.
