She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Stowe; and her sister Virginia "Lea" Vachon. She is survived by: her parent Susan Stowe (Hobbs); her child Calvert Earl Schlick, III; her wife Cathy Lynn of Oceanport, NJ; her grandchildren, Corinne Johanna Kern (John), Kathryn Jane Howard and Sean Thomas Howard; her great grandchild Amelia Dorothy Kern; her former husband Calvert Earl Schlick, Jr. of Peekskill; and also, Susan Jane Howard (John David Howard) of Mamaroneck and Thomas Stowe Schlick of Harrison.

Donations may be made in Jane's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org).
