He was predeceased by: his sister Roxanne Karr; and his mother Ruthie Karr. He is survived by: his children, Roger Dutcher Jr. (Jenn) of Walden, Glen Dutcher (Kathy) of Cairo, NY and Tracey Jones of Newburgh; and his grandchildren, Falyn, Shelby, Alira, Demari, Davian and Everett.
