Matthew Moore Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Moore in Peekskill, New York, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on January 17, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew George Moore and Ellen Moore; his mother-in-law Marcelline DeMarco; and his brother-in-law Philip Gustaferro. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite "Peggy" Moore; his children, Marissa Nolan (Daniel Nolan), Melanie Hasbrouck (Moore), Michelle Yearwood (Leslie Yearwood Jr) and Meaghan Hartman (Timothy Hartman); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Nolan, Quentin Yearwood, Nyomi Yearwood, Lilah Nolan, Janessa Yearwood, Donovan Hasbrouck, Hayden Hasbrouck and Lilliana Hartman; his sister Sandra Gustaferro; his nephew Philip Gustaferro (Ayajaira Gustaferro); his great-niece Gianna Gustaferro; his stepbrothers, Michael Carravone (Stephanie) and John Carravone (Jennifer); and his stepmother Lori Moore.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the viewing and funeral service will be private.
