He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Powell and Bernice E. Powell. He is survived by: his wife Susan T. Mitchell; his daughter Taylor Nicole; his sister D. Anise; his mother-in-law Theresa Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Andre (Felicia Mitchell). He is also survived by his friends, neighbors, former co-workers but, most of all, by his family.
