He is survived by: his wife Ethel Dumas; his sons, Hal Dumas Jr. (Kristi) of West Virginia and Jermaine Dumas Detroit (Barbara); his stepdaughter Felicia Muller Poughkeepsie (Leon); and his siblings, Brenda Dumas, Jesse Dumas Jr., Wilma Dumas-Turner, Fred Smith, Joy Smith and Charlene Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
