He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Schuka and Florence L. Schuka (Kennedy); and his mother-in-law Antoinette Ingersoll. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Schuka; his children, Terri Gentile (Tom), Denise Schuka (Erik Sanburn) and Ryan Schuka; his sister Linda Salvatore; and his godson Joseph J. Schuka. He is also survived by nephew, cousins.
