He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pidel and Mary Pidel (Paulics); his wife Jeannette Martin; and his siblings, Julia, Mary, Larry, Joe and Albert.
He is survived by: his children, Steven, Karen and Steve; his son-in-law Carlos; his grandchildren, Mateo and Elena; his brothers, John and Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Mary Alice. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
