She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Deckert and Margaret Deckert; her siblings, Margaret Bianchine and John Deckert; her husband Jim; her children, David (Eileen) of Houston and Susan (Jim) of Plaistow, NH; her granddaughter Amy of Westport, CT; and her son James (Celeste) of Northwood, NH.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Frances's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
