He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Koi (Vargo) and George Koi; and his sisters, Elvera Moore and Elsie Sywolos. He is survived by: his siblings, Ida Martel, Dennis, William Koi and Ann Joseph Zajan; and also, Charles and George. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Sister Denis Marie was one of those foundational persons who was "always there" when you needed her.
