He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Foley and Edith Foley (Conti); his brother Robert Foley (Bob); his sister-in-law Mary Foley of Cortlandt Manor; and his sisters, Edith, Kathleen and Jacqueline. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews and nine grandnieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
