He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Hamberger (Betty) and William E. Hamberger Sr.; and his sister Elizabeth Hamberger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Victoria and Katie; and his siblings, Denise, Barbara, Terri, Charles, Steven, James and Alan. He is also survived by friends that became family, nieces, nephews.
