She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Scarpulla and Leanora Scarpulla (Pergola); her former husband Stephen Kavalla; her husband Salvatore Sorriento; her son Steven Kavalla; and her siblings, Samuel, Thomas, Mary, Josephine, Rosie and Concetta.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Lambert (Douglas); her stepchildren, Lawrence Sorriento (Maureen) and Donna Walker (Stewart); her sister Teresa Hanley; her grandchildren, Stephanie DeRosa (Michael), Suzanne Ruckel (Raymond), Carolyn Lambert (George), Kenneth Lambert (Erin), Sarah Brzozowski Leanore Smith (Joe) and Christopher Kavalla (Hayley); her great grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Stephen, Jennifer, Raymond, Christian, Tristan, Jorga, Tyler, Addy and Emily; and her stepgrandsons, Geoff Duncan (Ross-Taylor) and Adam Duncan (Tammy).
