She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare O'Hara and John O'Hara; and her grandson Michael J. Coffey Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas G. Coffey; her children, Clare Mulqueen (Michael), Thomas G. Coffey Jr. (Catherine), Michael J Coffey (Jeanne) and James P. Coffey; and her brother George O'Hara (Betty). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
