He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Whitmore and Aline Whitmore (Jaytowt); his wife Rosemarie; his son Paul; and his brother Walter Whitmore.
He is survived by: his brother Lawrence; his children, Aline Whitmore Weidel (Brian), Mark Whitmore (Lenore) and Diane Cain (John); his daughter-in-law Stacy Whitmore; his grandchildren, Jennifer Whitmore Kalwa (Christopher), Michael Whitmore (Alexis), Daniel Whitmore, Brittany Weidel (Hannah), Samantha Weidel (Starlin), Austin Cain, Ciara Cain, Logan Whitmore and Cameryn Cain; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Ethan.
