He was predeceased by: his parents, James Flotard and Josephine Flotard (Lynch); and his siblings, Billy, Jimmy and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Lombardi; his sons, James (Buddy) of Milford, PA, Raymond of Washingtonville, NY and Gregory (Kathy) of Newburgh, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew of Newburgh, NY and Michelle of Queens, NY.; and his sister Helen Beahm of Abington, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
