He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Theresa; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Michael, Brian (Laura) and Kristen (Richie); his grandchildren, Olivia, Paige, Matthew, Kieran, Kayleigh and Connor; and his siblings, Maureen, Kathy, Kevin, Danny and John. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's name to the Lustgarten Foundation.
