Forgacs of Monroe; her brother Alexander Potosnak of Monroe; her aunt Louise Cangialosi; and her cousins, Wayne Cangialosi, Wendy Cangialosi, Don Tiernan and Robin Rusinko. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
