He is survived by: his children, Jim (Theresa) and Tara Caulfield (Timothy); his grandchildren, Robert, Charlotte, Mariel, James, Ryan Caulfield, Jimmy, Luke and Jillian Schlag; and his cousin Jimmy Formont (Susan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
