He was predeceased by: his mother Joan McGuinness; and his father-in-law Frank Prestipino. He is survived by: his father James McGuinness Sr. (Claudia Crean); his significant other Kimmarie; his son Jesse; his sister Kelly DePaolis (Robert Doremus); his nieces, Gianna DePaolis and Ava DePaolis; and his mother-in-law Rochelle Prestipino. He is also survived by Aunt's, Uncle's, Cousin's and many loving Friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. (100 Franklin Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret R. C. Church (115 W Central Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the St. Anthony Cemetery (36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954).
