He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Jochum and Elizabeth Jochum (O'Donnell); his brother Prior; his wife Dolores Alice Backoff; his children, Lynn Pearse (Jeff), Christopher (Anne), Ellen McLiverty (James) and Stephen (Michele); his grandchildren, Zachary (Tyler LaVallee), Hayley Jochum, Christopher (Brian McLiverty) and Lindsey (Jake Jochum); and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Giabella LaVallee.
Visiting is Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent in Georges memory to the American Heart Association .
