We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2019, Elsie M. Delmas (Pearl River, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Earl Davis and Celia Davis; and her sisters, Betty and Shirley Joan. She is survived by: her children, Donna and Frank Jr.; her daughter-in-law Christine; her granddaughter Gia; and her sister Mary Cittadino. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and her children's friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local ASPCA.
