She was predeceased by: her sister Joann Manley. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Lanyon (Jermey) and Scott Fowlston (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Greta and Patrick; her husband James Van Houten; her siblings, Tony Castaldy (Joyce), Patricia Laming (Alan), Al Castaldy (Anna), Susan Vasina (Tom) and Billy Castaldy (Patty); and also, Helen "Mickey" Castaldy Race (Mike) and Joe Castaldy (Jan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
