He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio and Maria; his siblings, Zinaida "Zinny" and Norman "Eddie"; his parents-in-law, Patrick Finnegan and Anne (Dolan); his siblings-in-law, Anthony Rudnicki, Daniel Lalor and Joaquina Ocasal; and his cousins, Thomas, James, Patricia, John, Patrick, Laura Traynor, Rose Marie and Richard Bowes.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Marie Finnegan; his children, Marc (KellyAnn) and Larissa Branin (Paul); his grandchildren, Shane, Connor, Courtney, Dolan and Tommy; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Febles (George), Patricia Lalor and Barbara Heusner (John).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. (100 Franklin Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 PM at the St. Margaret R. C. Church (115 W Central Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
