She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Sullivan; her father James Frederick; her sibling Jen Servidio; her brother-in-law AJ Servidio (Karen Frederick); and her nephews, Rocco Servidio, Enzo Servidio and Everett Frederick. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and many cousins.
