He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Puchalski and Julia Puchalski (Polchinski); his wife Patricia Tolopka; his children, Linda, Carol, Susan and Robert; his siblings, Martin, Margaret and Ann; his great grandchild Abigail; and his sister-in-law Marge. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 9:45 to 10:45 AM at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling; masks required and "social distancing" observed.
The family has requested "please, no flowers" and asked that donations be made in Thomas' memory to Hudson Valley Hospice, 374 Violet Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
