She is survived by: her daughter Ann Yegella Kurchack (Stephen Lenihan) of Newtown, PA.; her grandchildren, Phillip Kurchack (Stephanie) of Bedford Hills, NY, Matthew Kurchack (Holly), Daniel Kurchack, Robert Kurchack and Leah Kurchack-Gonzales (Michael Gonzales); her great grandchildren, Jillian, Jason of Bedford Hills, NY, Dirk, Emma, Ava and Grace of Gilbert, AZ.; and her sister-in-law Rafaela Venus. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
