He is survived by: his wife Antonella Albanese; his daughters, Lilliana Grace and Mila Rose; his sister Cailin Welch of Gaylordsville, CT; his parents, Joseph Welch and Rita Welch of Sheffield, MA; and his sibling-in-law Cutri. He is also survived by his wife, daughters and family.
