He is survived by: his sons, Timothy P. Woods of New Paltz, NY and Dennis C. Woods of Corinth, NY; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Wright and Andrew Wright. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
