Dorothy A. Dumbleton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024, at the age of 85, Dorothy A. Dumbleton of Pavilion, New York, born in Batavia, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Acker and Ida Heywood Acker; her husband Charles Dumbleton; her son David "Fudd" Dumbleton; her daughter-in-law Jeannette Dumbleton; and her siblings, Delmar, Albert Acker and Ruth Ribbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Shurgot (Daniel) of Pavilion, Sharon West (Russell) of Pavilion and Dennis Dumbleton of Wyoming; and her sister Mary Backus. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Weeks Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Warsaw, NY 14569). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
