Bell Sr. (Pattersonville, New York), born in Charlotte, Vermont, who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Bell; and his siblings, Emanual Bell of Albany and Sandra Tabor of Plattsburg. He is survived by: his parent Florence Bell (Bryer); his wife Sandra R. Bell (Rivers); and his children, Ronald J. Bell Jr. (Kathleen) of Nebraska, Toby J. Bell of Selkirk, Margaret "Peggy" Fidler (Russ) of Middle Grove and Carolyn M. Losee of Feura Bush.
