He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Bell; and his siblings, Emanual Bell of Albany and Sandra Tabor of Plattsburg. He is survived by: his parent Florence Bell (Bryer); his wife Sandra R. Bell (Rivers); and his children, Ronald J. Bell Jr. (Kathleen) of Nebraska, Toby J. Bell of Selkirk, Margaret "Peggy" Fidler (Russ) of Middle Grove and Carolyn M. Losee of Feura Bush.
