She was predeceased by: her father William F. Lewis; her siblings, Suzanne Lewis and Joseph Lewis; and her great-nephew Wyatt Bowen. She is survived by: her mother Ellen Halpin Lewis; her husband Thomas Gallacher; her daughters, Nicole Kunkel (Tyler) and Alicia Martire (Corey); her siblings, Jeannine Wool (Walter), William Lewis and Paul Lewis (Kathleen); and her granddaughters, Harper Kunkel and Avery Martire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
