With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sakae Shirane (Patchogue, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sakae Shirane to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gen Shirane. She is survived by: her sons, Haruo Shirane (Tomi) and Tutch Shirane (Early); her grandchildren, Seiji Shirane (Yuki), Kyoko Mickens (Ricardo) and Sumiko Fantl (Max); and her great grandchildren, Damyen, Avery, Maiya, Jordan, Issey, Hazel and Olive.
