He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Arlene Spadaro; his children, Lisa Hanlon (John), Latricia Abbruzzese (Tony), Lori Chiavetta (Gino) and Lyn Soriano (Mark); his grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Joseph, Michael, Samantha, Doniella, Carinna, Mark, Ava and Myles; and his great grandchildren, Amalia, James, Lorenzo, Giovanni, Hazel, Avery, Senna, Dean, Samson, Damon, Gino, Carmine and Vincenzo.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruland Funeral Home (500 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel R. C. Church (495 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772).
