He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kochis Sr. and Anna Hafich Kochis. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kochis; his children, John Eric Kochis (Kristin) and Mary Ellen Siniawa; his grandchildren, Connor, Cameron, Christie and Lauren; and his sister Barbara Weber.
