She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Turan; her husband Richard Diana; and her granddaughter Danae Francisquini. She is survived by: her mother Harriette Turan; her daughters, Heather Diana and Dawn Francisquini; her son-in-law Jeffrey Francisquini; her grandchildren, Darien and Jiada Francisquini; her brothers, Richard Turan (Madeline) and Jack Turan (Nina); and her close friend Max. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and lifelong friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Marinello Funeral Home (493 Middle Country Rd, Coram, NY 11727). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.

Her devotion to youth and service earned her the esteemed Paul Harris Fellow Recognition Award for outstanding contributions to her community.
