He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine and Clifford; and his sister Patty Flynn. He is survived by: his children, Cody (Katie), Brianne and Renee O'Shaughnessy (Ru); his grandchildren, Riley and Kayla; and his siblings, Greg, Mark, Kathy, Laura, Erica and Jeanmarie.
