It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Heredia (Patchogue, New York), who passed away on December 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ruland Funeral Home (500 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel R. C. Church (495 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772).
