He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R., Sr. and Anne Oates Freestone. He is survived by: his wife Judi Cappuccio Freestone; his children, Steven (Melissa) of Liberty, NY, Scot (Jen) of Middletown, NY, Laura (Nathaniel) of Utica, NY and Sharon (Jason) of Liberty, NY; and his grandchildren, Gabriela, Maggie, Caleb, Noah, Jacob and Eli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
