He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius and Ethel Licata Hornick; and his stepmother Goldie. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Caufield (Bill), Roseann Welfringer (Richard), Bob Hornick (Colleen) and James Hornick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
