He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Castalonia of Parksville; his children, Ernest R. Lewis, III (Regina) of Parksville, James R. Smith (Sonia) of Fallsburg and Sueann Smith (John Decker) of Woodbourne; and his siblings, Richard L. Lewis (Debbie) of Wolcott, Gladys Davis (Howard) of Sumpter, Martha Kozachenko of Florida and Diane Castalonia (Lonnie) of Chester. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
