He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Alver (Ragonese); his daughter Katie Alver of Staten Island, NY; his brother David "Kenny" Alver; his siblings-in-law, Betty Ragonese and Gabe Gallo; and his nieces, Christine, Felicia and Shannon.
