He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Becky Kingsley (Kevin) of Potsdam, Tiffany Eakins (Draper Sharlow) of Hopkinton and Phillip Meashaw (Kristen) of Johnstown; his brothers, Byron Meashaw and Robert Meashaw; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kaileigh, Karissa Kingsley, Andrew Meashaw, Evan Meashaw, Cole Eakins and Trent Eakins.

In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the Parishville ATV Club in c/o Lucy Lucas PO Box 752, Parishville, NY 13672, the Parishville Rescue Squad, or the Parishville Volunteer Fire Department.
