He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Foster and Doris Foster (Carrol); his close friend Jean Highberger; and his brothers, David, Robert and Glenn Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey, David Foster, Pam and Wendy Foster; and his siblings, Larry Foster (Beth) and Joan Hartzell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
