He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Bullock; his daughter Kristina Pulsifer (Jared); his grandchildren, Avery, Charlotte and Raylan; and his siblings, Vivian Hamlin Blackshear of Georgia, David Thomas of Hannibal, Jason Thomas of Freeport, Ellen Hauck LeClaire of Hamilton and Michael.
